Our Bodies are Made to Move

Do you have a sedentary job? How does your body feel at end of the day? Do you have tight muscles, an aching back, tension in your shoulders, a pounding head, and feel exhausted? Now, how do you feel after a workout? Your muscles are warm and flexible, the blood is pumping through your body, providing oxygen and energy. You’re energized, confident, and proud. Our bodies are made to move, yet all we seem to do is sit around all day.
