Create Your Own Mantra
Do you have an unhealthy mental pattern and are looking to break those bad habits for a new and healthier life? Make your own mantra. Get yourself out of that self-defeating mind-set and create your own personal, self affirmative mantra. It can be any word or phrase that you will repeat often. They can positively affect your thought and beliefs. They also can give you the boost you really need when you don’t feel like hitting the gym or getting out to do cardio. Simply let go of old, and start something new.
