Working out can be a lot of counting, measuring, hours of sweat and strain. It may not seem worth it, but you’re wrong! What seems like a lot of work is necessary if you want to look and feel your best. And after everything else we do it's not all that bad once you get used to it.
It's a great feeling to see the results. You can measure results by measuring your waist, by the way you feel, your energy level and by weight. With some behavior modification we can change how we view ourselves.
I know we all hate to counting calories. But this can be necessary part of getting your eating habits on track. If you need help you can get a copy of “The Calorie King's Calorie, Fat & Carbohydrate Counter”. You'll always know how many calories you’re eating. Don’t have time for that (who does), then give us a few more weeks, the "Bodybuggs" are on the way. It is a sure fire way to keep track of those pesky calories with out having to do the counting yourself. See you trainer if you are interested.
